Terms of service
Effective July 18, 2026
These terms apply to the UnyCode website, desktop app, waitlist, previews, and paid services. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and access
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Waitlist submission does not guarantee an invitation, launch date, feature, price, or continued access. Preview access may be limited, changed, suspended, or ended as the product develops.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping email access and desktop credentials secure. Do not share a personal credential outside your authorized devices. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised. Team administrators are responsible for the members and seats they invite.
Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
Paid plans, billing interval, currency, applicable taxes, and the amount due are shown before checkout. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the same interval until canceled. You authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method at purchase and each renewal.
You can update payment details, change an available plan, or cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid billing period unless law requires otherwise. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the checkout terms, these terms, or applicable law provide a refund. We may change future prices with reasonable advance notice; a change applies no earlier than the next renewal after that notice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or preview, interfere with its operation, evade access or rate limits, probe other users' data, distribute malware, violate law or third-party rights, or use the service to gain unauthorized access to systems. You are responsible for the projects, prompts, commands, and third-party tools you run.
Your content and UnyCode
You keep ownership of your projects and content. You grant UnyCode only the limited rights needed to operate a feature you choose to use. UnyCode's software, website, branding, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Preview access does not grant a right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or bypass technical restrictions except where law expressly permits it.
Third-party services
UnyCode can launch or connect to third-party tools such as Unity, Claude, Codex, Stripe, and Supabase. Those services have separate terms, availability, fees, and data practices. UnyCode is not affiliated with or endorsed by their respective owners unless expressly stated.
Availability and liability
The service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors, especially during a preview. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. UnyCode is not responsible for commands or changes made by third-party agents you choose to run. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, material breach, unlawful use, or conduct that threatens the service or other users. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Terms that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.
Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to hello@unycode.ai. We may update these terms for product, security, or legal changes. A new effective date will be posted here, and material changes affecting active preview users will be communicated reasonably in advance.
